Resources to support healthy joints for the Navajo community

Joint pain is one of the most common causes for healthcare visits. More than 1 in 5 adults has some form of arthritis (joint problems). Certain types of arthritis, such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, are much more common among the Diné.

This website was developed by the Rheumatology Access Expansion (RAE) Initiative, with expert help from Healthy Native Communities Partnership (HNCP), to provide resources to promote healthy joints in the Navajo community.
